The carriage house behind the Pungs House was constructed in 1892. In 2001 the Raymond C. Smith Fund generously contributed to the restoration of the building and terrace. The first floor can be used for business or social events. Upstairs, accommodations include two sleeping rooms, a sitting room, and bath. The whimsical feel of this hidden-away suite offers the ultimate in privacy.
